Automatic barrier systems

Barrier systems with limited access are installed on the line for the sterile production of drugs, including potent ones.
Barrier systems are designed to protect the product from environmental exposure, as well as to protect operators from product exposure.

They prevent contamination by creating an enclosed space for the production process. Inside such a closed space, air circulates by a unidirectional vertical flow through the filters. The differential pressure between the internal and external environment is created using an exhaust fan.

Barrier systems provide optimal protection for private or industrial space. Regardless of whether it is a simple parking restriction, a shutdown zone as a driveway or a security zone, the barriers provide a reliable and secure solution for regulating access and traffic.

Barriers

The barrier is a wooden or metal device that serves to quickly block the access of a vehicle into a closed area. It can be of two types: vertical (opens, rising up) and horizontal (opens, rotating clockwise 90 degrees).

Barriers are designed to protect the territory from unauthorized access. They are found in residential complexes and cottage settlements, in front of the entrance of industrial enterprises, warehouses and office centers. For their installation it is required to obtain consent of the tenants of the house or residential complex, the owners of the building and other responsible persons. It is necessary to ensure free access to the protected area of ambulance transport, fire and other emergency services. The legal issues of installation work for these complexes are regulated by local authorities.

Parking lots

Gates for a closed parking lot above-ground type must have a fire resistance of at least 0.5 hours (EI 30). Underground parking are equipped with gates with fire resistance of EI 45 and more. Fencing structures intended for arranging underground parking have certain dimensions. The size of the gate for parking depends on the height of the cars placed in the box. Thus, the height of the gate from the floor to the bottom should be at least 20 cm above the vehicle. According to regulatory documents, the height of the gate can not be less than 2 meters. The thickness of the gate for underground parking reaches 6-10 cm. The higher the fire resistance limit of the structure, the greater the thickness of the steel sheet.

Sheets of gates for parking most often made of steel sheets. The thickness of the steel varies in the range of 1.5-2 mm. The cavity of the input unit is filled with refractory mineral plates. Some manufacturers combine mineral insulators with drywall, which is pretreated with a flame retardant mixture. Insulating material is also filled to handles and locks.
